How to replace Condenser On Ford Mustang?

Condenser Replacing for Ford Mustang 2010 and other year car models are as follows:---

Removal & Installation:---


Specific to:
Ford Mustang 2009
  1. Recover the refrigerant.
  2. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist.
  3. Remove the condenser inlet fitting nut and disconnect the fitting.
    1. Discard the O-ring seal.
    2. To install, tighten to 71 inch lbs. (8 Nm).
5.4L engine
  1. Remove the front bumper cover.
    NOTE
    RH air deflector shown, LH similar.
  2. Remove the pin-type retainers and detach the RH and LH air deflectors from the condenser core.

All vehicles
  1. Remove the lower radiator air deflector.
  2. Remove the condenser outlet fitting nut and disconnect the fitting.
    1. Discard the O-ring seal.
    2. To install, tighten to 71 inch lbs. (8 Nm).
  3. Remove the 2 power steering fluid cooler nuts and position the cooler line aside.
  4. Remove the condenser core.

To install:
  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
    1. Install new O-ring seals.
    2. Lubricate the refrigerant system with the correct amount of clean PAG oil.
  2. Evacuate, leak test and charge the refrigerant system.
Specific to:
Ford Mustang 2010
  1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist.
  2. Recover the refrigerant.
  3. Remove the 8 upper radiator air deflector pin-type retainers and remove the air deflector.
4.6L vehicles
  1. Remove the Air Cleaner (ACL) outlet tube.
5.4L vehicles
  1. Remove the 2 degas bottle bolts and position the degas bottle aside.
All vehicles
  1. Remove the 4 upper radiator bracket bolts and the 2 upper radiator brackets. To install, tighten to 89 inch lbs. (10 Nm).
  2. Remove the condenser inlet fitting nut and disconnect the fitting. Discard the O-ring seal and gasket seal. To install, tighten to 133 inch lbs. (15 Nm).
    NOTE
    The radiator must be positioned rearward to access the 2 upper condenser bolts.
  3. Remove the 2 upper condenser bolts. To install, tighten to 80 inch lbs. (9 Nm).
  4. Remove the 9 lower radiator air deflector screws and the lower radiator air deflector.
  5. Remove the condenser outlet fitting nut and disconnect the fitting. Discard the O-ring seal and gasket seal. To install, tighten to 133 inch lbs. (15 Nm).
  6. Remove the 2 lower condenser nuts and position the power steering cooler line aside. To install, tighten to 80 inch lbs. (9 Nm).
    NOTE
    The condenser core must be removed from below the vehicle.
  7. Remove the condenser core.

To install:
  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure. Install new gasket seals and O-ring seals. Add the correct amount of clean PAG oil to the refrigerant system.
  2. Evacuate, leak test and charge the refrigerant system.
